Watkins Glen Gorge, with countless waterfalls, is a 2km/1.5mi trail with 832 steps.
The silver bridge in the above picture is relatively new. I assume the arch started to fail and a lighter weight bridge had to be installed. Except for that metal bridge, the trail must have taken several years to build with careful blending in to the edges of the Gorge.
The trail starts up a set of stairs through a short tunnel. The waterfall on the right is the one under the bridge.
And it continues through the narrow gorge and up stairs....
And goes under a waterfall
